The SURYA is a registered body with Indian Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 1976. After careful study of SURYA and its efforts to serve the people in base line. The IncomeTax Department has registered the SURYA under Exemption 12A & 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The main aim of the SURYA is to root out the poverty, to develop the neglected and street women and children in all aspects such as Education, Economical and Health coverage by collecting contributions from local philonthrophists. The following are the activities undertaken by SURYA with the co-operation of local volunteers and social workers.
